May 8-9
Midwest Scholastics (overnight x2)

MORE INFORMATION COMING SOON

This is what I have so far!

I am working on reservations for mandatory overnights for spring crew.  So far, we are confirmed at Courtyard Marriott Cincinnati Blue Ash for Midwest Championships for May 7 - 9 (2 nights).  We received a rate of $79 per night + tax (the regular room rate is $139).  It includes hot breakfast both mornings, and every room has 2 queen beds.  Please call at your earliest convenience to hold a room on your credit card.  They only had 25 rooms available.

Telephone Reservations can be made by calling (800) 321-2211.

Guest should mention the Courtyard Cincinnati Blue Ash and the Notre Dame Academy Crew Room Block (Code NDC)  to get our group rates.

Online Reservations can be made by using the following links:

Our group rates are only available until Friday, April 16, 2010, so please be sure to make your arrangements early. Unreserved rooms will be released, and your block will be closed.

Keep in mind that the girls are required to stay in rooms with their teammates, so they are taken care of (I have rooms held for them and their coaches, and the girls room cost is covered in your NDA Crew fees).

If you are familiar with the SCRIP program at NDA, you can purchase gift cards for Marriott Hotels - I think the % is 8% that will go towards your NDA tuition (please let me know if you aren't familiar with this program and I can give you contact info).

I will be in touch shortly with hotel reservations for Pittsburgh (the other mandatory overnight), and hotel information for the other regatta's (in case you would like to stay overnight on Friday night before regatta's).

In the meantime, please let me know if you have any questions.
