Rowers are probably the world's best athletes!  Rowing looks graceful, elegant, and sometimes effortless when it is done well.  Don't be fooled, rowers haven't been called the most physically fit athletes for nothing!  Rowing demands endurance, strength, balance, mental discipline, and the ability to continue on even when your body is demanding that you stop!

NDA CREW SPRING 2012

Rain Rain go away...it worked.  We had such a beautiful day in Columbus this past week!  The sun was shining, and it was only a little chili in the morning.  The boats that were sent out did their best, and the times are getting smaller and smaller.  Food was a bit of a change, unfortunately some of the veggies got a bit mushy....but chinese buffet on a grill?  Yummy!

Has anyone been watching NDA CREW NOVICE,
besides the Lake Erie Chickens???

These girls have heart, and seem to be rowing right along with the best of the other novice.  I can't wait to see what next week, and even next season will bring for these novice!!!
